Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano Review 2025

Hey everyone! It is time to check out the Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano, the newest pod system in the popular XROS series. Vaporesso has done it again, bringing us a tiny vape device with some cool features. The XROS 4 Nano has a 1350 mAh battery which means it lasts a long time. Plus, it charges super fast with 2A charging.
One of the most exciting parts is its large 1.3-inch color screen. It looks really nice and makes using the vape even more fun. The best part is that it works with a well-known line of pods that have great coils for vaping.
Vaporesso has a history of making awesome vape products, so I am excited to test the XROS 4 Nano. Keep reading to see how it performs and if it’s a great addition to the XROS family.

Get ready to explore the Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano Pod Kit. This cool and sturdy kit is made from aluminum alloy and packs a powerful 1350mAh battery, which ensures a max of 30W output. The special COREX 2.0 technology makes sure you get rich flavors and your pods last longer.
The XROS 4 Nano has a neat 1.3-inch color screen that shows vaping data, fun themes, and animations. It works with 0.4ohm and 0.8ohm XROS pods, each holding 3ml of eLiquid. You can fill the pods from the top and they have built-in coils.
The device has adjustable airflow for both MTL (mouth-to-lung) and RDL (restricted direct lung) vaping. A full charge takes just 30 minutes and can last up to four days of use. With eight color combos, the Vaporesso Nano pod Kit looks as awesome as it performs.

Vape Design
The XROS 4 Nano reminds me of one of my favorite vapes, the VAPORESSO ECO Nano. It is really tiny and comes in a cool square style, just like the Mi-Pod. It is so small, you can easily put it in your pocket and hardly feel it.
The XROS 4 Nano is built with a strong frame and has a lanyard hook on top. It looks sleek, especially the Race Track color I got, which has a pearl white frame and blue, purple, and red racing stripes. The big 1.3-inch color screen has three themes: motorcycle, flower, and universe, with cute animations.
There is a button on the right side, but you do not need to use it because the device is inhale-to-vape. The left side has a smooth air slider for different vaping styles, and the USB-C port is also on the right. The Nano feels well-built, like an old-school Nokia phone. There are eight color options to choose from so there is something for everyone in XROS 4 Nano.
Using Guide
The XROS 4 Nano is perfect for everyone, whether you are new to vaping or a pro. The pods are clear so you can easily see when it is time for a refill. Just pop the pod in and out with the help of strong magnets. Filling is super easy, too! Just push the mouthpiece and it pops off for easy refilling with a fine-tip bottle.
If you are using the 0.4-ohm coil, you need to set the wattage manually. It ranges from 15-30 watts. Tap the button three times to adjust then tap or hold to set your desired wattage. For other coils, just pop them in and vape using Eco (soft), Normal (normal), or Power (hard) modes.
Here are the simple functions:
- One click to vape
- Two clicks to open settings (theme, reset puffs, animations)
- Three clicks for power/mode settings
- Four clicks to lock/unlock
- Five clicks to turn on/off

Performance

The XROS 4 Nano comes with two pods and works with all XROS pods. There are three 2 mL options (0.4, 0.8, and 0.6 ohm) and five 3 mL options (0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, and 1.2 ohm). The global and CRC kits have 0.4-ohm and 0.8-ohm pods, while the US and TPD kits have 0.6-ohm and 0.8-ohm pods.
I got the 3 mL versions of the 0.4-ohm and 0.8-ohm pods. Spoiler alert: the whole XROS line is great! My favorite is the 0.8-ohm pod.
The 0.4-ohm coil is good but not perfect for me. It is recommended at 25 watts, which is a bit much for my nicotine salt juices. I prefer 20 watts or less. However, it vapes well at 16-18 watts with the airflow fully open. The flavor is amazing, and the coils last long.
The 0.8-ohm pod is my favorite. It vapes great on Eco, Normal, and Power mode, with the slider fully open for restricted DL and halfway open for loose MTL. Both coils are great, but the 0.8-ohm one is the sweet spot for this pod system.
About Battery Life
Let’s talk about the XROS 4 Nano’s battery and charging. The large screen shows the battery as a percentage, which is really helpful. When you charge it, it even tells you how much time is left. For example, if you plug it in from dead, it says 40 min. The device has a 1350 mAh battery and charges at a 2A rate so you can expect it to charge fully in about 35-37 minutes, which is really fast.
While the website claims the battery can last four days, it really depends on how much you vape and what settings you use. I found it to last a full day easily. In my tests, I got a max charge rate of 1.85A and an average usable battery capacity of 1003 mAh, which is pretty good.
Overall, the XROS 4 Nano’s battery and charging are impressive. The fast charging and passthrough vaping feature make it super convenient to use.
Last Words
The VAPORESSO XROS 4 Nano is super close to being a perfect vape pod system! It is easy to use, vapes really well, has tons of customization options, lasts a long time, charges fast, and is small enough to fit in your pocket. Plus, it comes with some of the best coils you can find. If they had listed the battery at 1200 mAh, I did have nothing bad to say about it at all.
If you are looking for a new pod system, the XROS 4 Nano is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it.
