Vape Design
The Magic Maze 2.0 Zodiac Edition is a special box-shaped disposable vape. It weighs eighty-eight grams and actually measures 26 mm x 54 mm x 76 mm. Vape is made from plastic and aluminum just like most disposables. It looks a bit like the Geek Bar Pulse but the Magic Maze 2.0 has a different design, called a C-frame. Overall, it feels better and stronger than the Magic Maze Pro.
The outside of the Magic Maze 2.0 is a mix of matte and glossy textures with a cool checkerboard pattern that makes it easy to hold. Even though it is big and it fits well in your hand.
There are lots of names printed on it, like OXBAR, Pod Juice, Magic Maze, Zodiac Edition, and the juice names. It is not too busy because the colors of the words are handled nicely.
The smart LED screen is hidden inside a black panel and only lights up when you take a puff. There are no flashy lights, just a soft blue glow that turns on when you vape. If you want, you can turn the device over to hide the light.
The mouthpiece is the same comfy duckbill-style tip as the Magic Maze Pro. I am glad they kept it! There is also a hook for a lanyard next to the mouthpiece, but the lanyard is not included.
Using Guide
Using the Magic Maze 2.0 is easy, just like other disposable vapes. First, take it out of the packaging, remove the seal at the bottom, and take out the rubber plug from the mouthpiece. But wait, this is not your regular disposable vape! There are some cool features you should know about.
The Magic Maze 2.0 lets you change how much power it uses. If you ever thought a vape was too strong or too weak, this one lets you adjust it to just the way you like it—whether you want it strong and warm or light and cool.
It has one button to change the power settings. You might think it’s a button to start vaping, but it is not. The vape starts automatically when you puff. The button is easy to press but will not get pressed by accident.
There are two modes, regular and boost, and each has three power settings. To change the power:
- Press the button once to start adjusting
- Press again to scroll through the settings
- Vape Regular mode – 12W, 14W, 16W (up to 30K puffs)
- Vape Boost mode – 24W, 26W, 28W (up to 15K puffs)
- To turn off the device, hold the button for 3 seconds
Boost mode makes the vape stronger but uses more battery. If you want it to last longer before needing a charge, stick with regular mode.
You can also change how much air you get when you puff. At the bottom, there is a slider switch to control the airflow. Slide it to find what you like best and leave it there. This vape can give you a strong puff or a smooth one, no matter the power setting. Other vapes can not do this but the Magic Maze 2.0 can.
About Hit
The Magic Maze 2.0 starts quickly and works smoothly. Even at the lowest power, it gives a satisfying hit right away. It is great no matter how you set the airflow or power. Personally, I like using it at 24 watts with the airflow in the middle. This gives a tasty and warm vape with a nice, restricted hit.
I have tried taking a deep breath with the airflow fully open at 28 watts, but there isn’t quite enough air. At higher power, the throat hit is strong but not too harsh. At lower power, the throat hit is gentler as the vape cools down. For the smoothest experience, I suggest using regular power mode with the airflow fully open.
Since there are many ways to adjust it, you will need to find what works best for you.
Top Flavors
Yes, the flavors are really good. They are different from the Magic Maze Pro but the Pod Juice mixes are still amazing with their fruity taste. The juices have a sweet and tangy flavor like Pixie sticks that makes them special. Most have a cooling effect but it is not too strong. Here are my top 5 favorites:
- Fab Fckus (Capricorn) – This one does not have an official flavor description but it tastes like blue raspberry. It is tart, a little sweet, and has a berry taste. Medium cooling.
- Juicy Bae Watermelon (Pisces) – This is a sweet and vibrant watermelon flavor. It is like candy but also tastes natural. It is much more flavorful than your usual watermelon vape. Light cooling.
- Jewel Mint (Taurus) – This is the awesome mint flavor from the Magic Maze Pro. It is a mix of peppermint, spearmint, and wintergreen with a sweet, chewy taste. Not a boring mint at all! Medium cooling.
- Fruity Pebz (Gemini) – It smells like Fruity Pebbles and tastes like various fruity Pixie sticks. Very addictive! Light cooling.
- Clear Pink (Libra II) – This one has a light flavor of red berries and maybe pink grapefruit. It is very nicely done. Light cooling.

About Long Lasting
The Magic Maze 2.0 has a 900mAh battery that can go up to 28 watts, and its battery life is pretty impressive. If you use it at 28 watts, the battery will not last as long but it still does better than others like the Geekvape Pulse with a 650mAh battery. At 28 watts, you can vape for a full day with light to moderate use. At 14 watts, it could last a couple of days without needing a charge.
It uses a USB-C cable to charge. Just plug it into the bottom of the device and connect it to a power source. I used a 2A wall charger and it charged in about 65 minutes (27 minutes to 50%). It does not say it has fast charging, but it charges faster than many others with smaller batteries.
I was worried about the 13ml juice capacity, thinking it might not last through many charges. But after three charges, I still have more than half the juice left. Even though 13ml seems small, the device does not use a lot of juice. That is another good thing.
Last Words
There is a lot to love about the Magic Maze 2.0! It is super adjustable, and the power is awesome. It has that cool box shape that old-school vapers will like.
If you enjoy flavorful, restricted lung hits, the Magic Maze 2.0 is perfect. The mouth-to-lung draw is really nice too, but I think it’s best with open airflow. That is just my opinion, though. This device can handle different vaping styles easily. It works great and performs really well, making it one of the best disposable vapes out there.
Even though the Magic Maze Pro was my favorite this year, the Magic Maze 2.0 is even better because of the wider power range and improved build quality.
