Geekvape Wenax H1 Review 2025

Hey, welcome to the Geekvape Wenax H1 review, this is one of the greatest pod system in the Wenax family. Now, you might remember the Wenax M1, which was more like a vape pen and a perfect buddy for those just starting out. The Wenax H1 keeps that great MTL (mouth-to-lung) draw everyone loves but it also adds some cool new features for those who like to customize their vaping experience.

The Wenax H1 has a classic pod vape shape and uses 2.5 mL replaceable pods that come in two different resistances. These pods have a special five-layer anti-leak design to keep everything dry and clean. Plus, the device packs a powerful 1000 mAh battery that charges with a Type-C cable. And guess what? You can use it with a button or just by taking a puff.

So, does the Wenax H1 have what it takes to beat the popular Caliburn pod vapes? Keep reading to find out.

The Wenax H1 Pod System has a powerful 1000mAh rechargeable battery that can last up to two days when fully charged. This little device is tough too! It is shockproof, waterproof, and dustproof, which makes it super durable.

The Wenax H1 Pod Kit comes with the device and two 2.5ml pod cartridges that have built-in mesh coils. These pods are easy to fill with a side silicone port and are perfect for smooth mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping. There are two types of coils: the 0.7ohm coil works best at 16W-19W, while the 1.4ohm coil is great at 8W-10W. Plus, the pods have a special 5-layer protection to prevent any leaks.

The Wenax H1 has some cool features like the Leak-Guard system, an Accidental Press Protection Lock, a shockproof bottom, and two ways to use it – either by pressing a button or just taking a puff. And guess what? You can control everything with just one button.

The Wenax K1 Pod System is a durable and powerful vape with a 1000mAh battery that lasts long. It is shockproof, waterproof, and dustproof, making it super sturdy. You can adjust the wattage between 7W-19W and fill the 2.5ml pod easily with its silicone side-fill system. The device also has dual firing modes and you can charge it quickly using the USB-C port.

Vape Design

The H1 comes in 12 cool colors. I got two: one in gunmetal and one in space grey. The space grey is a bit shiny for me but the gunmetal looks awesome. Some colors are glossy, and others are pastel, like the Voopoo Vinci Q.

The H1 is compact and lightweight, measuring 113mm x 22mm x 13mm and weighing 43 grams. It looks a lot like the Caliburn series, which is popular. The device is metallic with a smooth rubberized bottom around the Type-C port, adding to its great build quality.

The button is clicky, and the pod clicks nicely into place. Like the Wenax M1, it has minimal branding with only two semi-transparent logos. Overall, the H1 is well-built with elegant looks and thoughtful touches.

Using Guide

Even though the H1 is a bit more advanced than the other Wenax vapes, it is still pretty easy to use. You can use it right out of the box, but there are some fun features to explore if you want.

To start, five clicks of the fire button turn the device on. When it is on, another five clicks lock the fire button (auto-draw still works). I think this is a great feature and all vapes with a power button should have it.

Three clicks of the fire button let you switch through the three power levels, shown by the LED colors:

  • Green – High
  • White – Low
  • Blue – Medium

To refill the pod, remove it from the battery and unplug the rubber side fill plug. The pod is tinted so you will need to tilt the device to check the juice levels.

Performance

Geekvape Wenax H1

Both pods give a great medium MTL draw just like the Caliburn AK2 and Vinci Q. The sensor is very sensitive so no missed hits or pauses. The output stays strong even when the battery is low.

The 0.7-ohm pod is perfect for regular nicotine juices and lower-strength salts. I used it with 7 mg juice and it worked great on high power. For salts, 20 mg at low or medium power feels just right. The vapor is warm and the flavor is impressive. The coil lasts long too; I used it for 15 mL of juice and it can handle more refills.

The 1.4-ohm pod is made for nicotine salt juice. My 25 mg juice worked well at medium power. The vapor is cooler but the flavor is crisp and clean. This pod is great for 20-35 mg salt juice. The coil lasts long too; I used it for 12.5 mL of juice without any drop in performance.

The pods have a five-layer structure to prevent leaks. I did not have any real leaking just a bit of condensation around the pod when using 50/50 juice. It is been warm lately so a bit of juice around the contacts is normal.

About Battery Life

The device has a 1000 mAh battery. Battery life depends on the pod and power level you use. I got almost two pods (4-4.5 mL) on the 0.7-ohm coil at the middle power level. That is similar to the Vinci Q and better than the Caliburn A2.

The H1 charges with a Type-C port at the bottom. It takes about 65 minutes to fully charge but there is no charging cable in the package.

The LED light shows the battery level:

  • Green Light – 70 to 100%
  • Blue Light – 31 to 69%
  • Red Light – 0 to 30%

You can not vape while charging so you will need to unplug it first.

Last Words

Pods have come a long way and the H1 is another great example. The flavor is amazing, the battery life is great, and both coils work excellently. Their anti-leaking design also works well, except for a bit of condensation on warm days with 50/50 juice.

The H1 performs just as well as some of my favorite pod vapes like the Vinci Q and Caliburn A2. What makes the H1 special are the three power settings and the button lock feature. I still love the size and battery life of the Vinci but if someone wants a vape with some options to tweak, I did go for the H1.
