ARGUS A kit is part of the ARGUS family from VOOPOO. It is made from strong materials like zinc and aluminum so it is built to last. It has a powerful battery inside that you can recharge and it can go from 5 watts to 30 watts. That means you can make big clouds or small clouds, just how you like them.
The best part? The ARGUS A has two screens! It is like having two eyes to see all the fun stuff, like how many puffs you take, how powerful it is, and even what kind of coil resistance you’re using. Plus, it has different modes like Power, Super, and ECO to make your vaping experience super cool and special.

Vape Design
Hey there! The VOOPOO ARGUS A Pod is not super tiny but it is small enough to fit in your pocket easily. It even comes with a good lanyard so you can actually wear it around your neck. How cool is that?
This pod has two bright color screens and lets you adjust the wattage or use the two preset modes. There is a handy air slider on the side for changing between a tight MTL (mouth-to-lung) to a restricted DL (direct-lung). Plus, it has an on/off slider that is super handy.
With its futuristic design, it looks really sleek and feels sturdy in your hand. Available in eight colors (six solid and two that fade from one to another, like azure blue and phantom purple), the ARGUS logo is etched into the body, making it look even cooler. The finish is great, but it shows some wear and tear after a few drops still, the design is top-notch.
Using Guide
The VOOPOO ARGUS A Pod is a super cool and easy-to-use vape gadget, perfect for both beginners and advanced vapers. It is an inhale-to-fire vape but also has a fire button and different modes and settings. My favorite part is the on/off switch—it is just a little slider, making it really simple! It even vibrates to let you know it is working.
The device has two screens on the front. The top screen shows the mode you are in, the coil resistance, and a puff counter. The bottom screen is mostly for fun animations and the battery percentage.
There are also two LED lights above the top screen. One shows the VOOPOO logo, and the other one looks like a speedometer, lighting up more the longer you vape.
To turn the screens on or off, just click the fire button two times. To go into the menu, click it five times. In the menu, you can lock the device (turning off the fire button so it is only inhale-to-fire), check your usage history, reset the puff counter, or change modes. You click the button to go through the menu and hold it to select.
There are 3 modes: Eco, Super, and Power. Eco uses low wattage, Super uses higher wattage, and Power lets you adjust the wattage from 5 to 30 watts. To adjust the power in Power mode, tap the fire button three times, then click or hold to change the wattage. When you put in a new coil, the screen even tells you the recommended wattage—how neat is that?
On the opposite side of the power button, there is an air slider to adjust from a tight MTL to a restricted DL vape. Although the A is mainly for MTL vaping, you can use it with the 0.4-ohm pods for restricted DL vaping.
The pods are top-fill but you actually fill them from the sides even while they are still in the device. They attach with magnets and pop in and out easily. You can mostly see the juice inside but they are a bit tinted so you might need some light to check the levels.

Performance
The VOOPOO ARGUS A uses the same pods as other devices in the ARGUS line so no surprises here. This means it is super reliable, just like the other ARGUS gear we have come to love.
Unlike the G2 Mini, the ARGUS A comes with two pods: a 3 mL top-fill 0.7-ohm pod and a 3 mL top-fill 0.4-ohm pod. Both pods work really well.
For a loose MTL vape, I like to use the 0.7-ohm pod with the air slider halfway open. It gives a great flavor and the coil lasts a long time—definitely my favorite. For an RDL vape, I use the 0.4-ohm pod fully open, and it works best at higher wattages but can be a bit harsh for high-nicotine users. With both options, you can find what works best for you.
Overall, I am very happy with the ARGUS A performance and its pods.
About Battery Life
The ARGUS A says it can last for three days but that is only for people who do not vape much. I can not ever get three days with any device because I vape a lot! That is why battery life should be measured in numbers, not days.
The inside battery is 1100 mAh, which is a bit smaller than the G2 Mini but still good for its size. It charges at 5V/2A and can go from 0% to 100% in 40 minutes. The USB-C port is on the side, right under the on/off switch.
When I see these specs, I expect at least 880 mAh and a charge rate of 1.75A or higher because most companies round up a bit. So I will only be upset if companies don’t meet these expectations.
When I tested it, the max charge rate was 1.80A, which passed my test. The charging time was around 35 minutes, which is great because most pods charge between 30 to 60 minutes.
I found the usable battery capacity to be around 904 mAh, which met my expectations too. It also has passthrough vaping so actually you can vape while it charges. They added this feature to their recent devices, and I am really happy about it. Overall, very satisfied with the battery capacity, charge rate, and listed specifications.

The ARGUS A looks and feels really fancy, like a special version of their other ARGUS pod vapes. All these devices use the same pods, and they work really well.
